Our History

DEVELOPMENT HISTORY OF IT TIGERS

2009

We stepped into IT Infrastructure services by opening our first branch at the Noida office. During the initial period, we offer IT break-fix and IT-managed services across the nation only. We have engineers  who are certified and experienced and can provide both on-site and remote assistance as per client needs

2012-2015

IT Tigers LLC launches another branch at Lewes Delaware offices, USA to compete in the global market. This office assisted in getting more clients and the business continued to grow from time to time.

2016 - 2018

During this year IT Tigers LLC offered IT Services across the Globe. Increased the In-house team size and global presence by adding onsite engineers worldwide. We recruited an in-house team of Project Managers and Solution Architects who make sure the onsite engineers have of necessary competencies and can deliver the project within the requested time frame. Our engineer goes through several screening processes done internally by our team, which gives an assurance that a qualified engineer is present on-site. We have spread our wings across most of the countries and do have the presence of our engineers throughout the world. We believe in offering the Best IT solutions in the market without compromising on Quality and without hampering an Organization’s bank account.

2018 - Present

The service team at IT TIGERS made it through to the final of the Service Desk Industry (SDI) Best Managed Service Desk Provider. We are incredibly proud of the external recognition for our team, who have completed extensive training and have worked incredibly hard over an extended period to ensure we consistently meet the needs of our customers with IT Solutions.
